Thokozile Madyibi
Founder & Senior Attorney
Thokozile Madyibi obtained her LLB from the Walter Sisulu University, Umtata. Her formal legal training was characterised by excellence, evidenced by the award certificates she received from the Law Society of South Africa. The body recognized her outstanding academic performance in courses such as Commercial contracts, Commercial Litigation, Professional Conduct, Introduction to Conveyance Practice, Legal costs and Bookkeeping. Thokozile served as a candidate attorney at Mvuzo Notyesi Incorporated where she wrote and passed practical in one sitting.
In 2015, Thokozile Madyibi was admitted as an attorney and subsequently issued a “Right of Appearance” in the High Court. She has remained committed to helping members of the society using her legal proficiencies, while working with one of the best law firms in the Former Transkei Region – Mvuzo Notyesi Incorporated. In 2017, Thokozile Madyibi resigned from her position as a professional attorney at Mvuzo Notyesi Incorporated to pursue her dreams. With a wealth of experience and outstanding legal victories in her portfolio, Thokozile Madyibi founded T. Madyibi Attorneys in 2017.
